Deliveries

Here at Brentwood Fencing Supplies Ltd we offer a cost effective and flexible delivery service from our premises in Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood. We deliver to local and surrounding areas, as highlighted on the map above.

We provide our customers with a hassle-free, convenient delivery service and ensure that delivery orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and reasonable manor.

1. Delivery of materials will be to front garden / kerbside only. We are unable to take materials to the rear of a property
2. We will not take any materials into or through buildings
3. We will not deliver to any place that is not a residential or commercial property, for example; fields, car parks
4. All risk from the materials passes to the buyer upon delivery
5. Any damage to materials delivered must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery
6. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of goods upon delivery. Once the buyer has signed for the delivery, we will not be accountable for any damage
7. If any materials are not in stock at the time an order is placed, we will contact the buyer where either a full refund will be given should the buyer wish, or a new delivery day will be arranged
8. In some cases, due to the weight / length of certain materials, the delivery driver may need help to remove them from the delivery vehicle
